Returns

What is your return policy?
We offer easy returns! If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, we’d be happy to offer you a full refund of your purchase price, provided that returned items are sealed and in their original condition. We provide a credit for shipping charges only for orders that shipped incorrectly or were damaged during delivery. Shipping costs for all other returns are not refundable.

To return an item, email info@bessintl.com within 72 hours of receipt of your order and you will be provided with a return authorization number. Please return the merchandise in its original to: Bess International, 1332 N 131st Street, Seattle WA 98133

I recently returned an item. When will my refund be processed?
Refunds usually take 7-10 business days to process from the time we receive your item(s).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact info@bessintl.com within 72 hours of receipt of your order.

 

Shipping

Does my order qualify for free shipping?
We offer free standard ground shipping on orders of $100 or more! During the checkout process, simply select "Free Shipping" as your shipping option. Free shipping is valid for online orders only within the continental United States and cannot be applied to purchases being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or APO/FPO addresses. Free shipping and discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases.

What is the cost of shipping?
For all orders over $100 within the continental United States ground shipping is free! For all other orders within the continental United States, shipping is $10.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed after May 15 will generally ship within 3 business days based on product availability

 

Payment

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipping within the state of Washington.

I only got some of my order, is this a mistake?
We do our best to ship orders complete, but we’ll ship them in multiple shipments if it means we can get you your PPE faster.

Can I order fewer than the order sets listed?
No. We created set quantities in order to distribute PPE as quickly and efficiently as possible.

What’s the best way to place a large PPE order?
